  1. Eye exercises are very much necessary as we are seeing a lot of computer users with eye strain these days.To prevent this,the following things should be done:
    1.Give your eyes a break after every 10-15 mins.
    2.Blink frequently.
    3.Have a full night sleep.
    4.Exercise your eyes.
    5.Eat healthy food especially fresh green vegetables.
    I have also changed my monitor from CRT to a LCD one and this has also lended a cooling effect to my eyes.

    • So here comes the advice from the real doctor :-). Mutant thank you very much for your advice. Can you explain full night sleep?

  2. By full night sleep, i meant a 6-7 hrs sleep and waking early at the time of dawn ,i.e, the time of fajar prayers. Latest research has proved that waking early in the morning has got a very beneficial effect on the health.

    • Actually techno geeks are the creature of the night 🙂 But I’ll try to revamp my routine according to the health standards.
