Download Opera 10.0 Final

At last the new major version of Opera has been released. The previous release was 9.64. Now it has moved on to version 10. It was finally released on 1st of September 2009. Jon von Tetzchner, the CEO of Opera said: “At Opera, we have always worked hard to innovate new ways to improve everyone’s browsing experience, Opera Turbo is our newest innovation, and one we think everyone should try, because we all will face a slow connection at some point. Now, there is a solution, and it is absolutely free. We are excited to offer Opera 10 to the world, and we hope even more people discover what the 40 million people who have already made the switch know: browsing with Opera makes the Web a safer, more enjoyable and more interesting place.”
Opera 10 increases the webpage loading speed to about 40% more than its previous version. That’s a great enhancement. Here’s the first page screenshot that I took:

If you have already installed Opera, you can just go to the help menu and select check for updates. It will show that the update is available. You can download Opera 10 from there and run the installer. It will ask you whether you want to install it separately or upgrade the currently installed Opera.
